We make custom Velcro patches for when you need to switch things up. Swap them between compatible uniforms, tactical gear, hats, bags, and jackets. When your team, rank, or role changes, your patch can change with it.
Press your patch onto a compatible loop panel and peel it off in seconds. Both hook and loop halves are included, so you can attach the supplied loop panel if your garment does not already have one.
Send your logo, sketch, badge, or rough idea. Our US-based team will clean it up, recommend the right size, border, and finish, and send a free digital proof. You approve it before we make a single patch.

Create badges and unit patches with a shape and border that fit your uniforms or tactical gear.
Personalize hats, jackets, bags, and packs with designs you can attach, remove, and reuse.
Your patch comes with both hook and loop halves. Follow these four steps for a secure fit.
Hold it against your uniform, hat, bag, or jacket and check the placement before attaching the garment-side loop panel.
Separate the hook and loop halves. Sew the loop panel securely around its edges onto your garment. Fabric adhesive is an alternative when suitable for the material. If your gear already has a compatible loop panel, skip this step.
If you used adhesive, let it dry fully according to its instructions. A sewn loop panel is ready to use right away.
Align the hook-backed patch with the loop panel and press firmly. Peel from one edge to remove it, then reattach whenever you need.
For thick fabrics: Use a strong needle and thimble on hoodies, jackets, or tactical packs. If using adhesive, choose one suitable for your fabric and follow its instructions.
Send your logo, sketch, badge, or rough idea. Our team prepares it for production and recommends the right size, material, and border. You receive a free digital proof showing the design, colors, size, and backing before we make anything.
Vector files such as AI, EPS, or PDF work best. A 300 DPI PNG or JPG is fine too. Only have a rough sketch? Send it anyway; artwork preparation is included. Use the uploader below or email us if your file format is not listed.

Send a logo, a napkin drawing or a photo of an old patch. Our team digitises it and sends a mockup for your approval.

Velcro patches use a hook-and-loop backing so you can attach, remove, and swap them in seconds. Both halves are included. If your garment does not already have a compatible loop panel, attach the supplied panel first.
We prepare your logo, sketch, or idea and send a free digital proof showing the design, size, colors, and backing. After approval, we produce your chosen patch style, finish its shape and border, and add the hook-and-loop backing.
Military and tactical teams, police and fire departments, sports teams, clubs, and scout groups use them for names, identification, and unit badges. They also work on compatible panels on hats, jackets, bags, and packs.
You can move a patch between compatible uniforms and gear as your role or style changes. You can also remove it before washing the garment.
Press the hook-backed patch onto a compatible loop panel. If there is no panel on your garment, sew the included loop half in place first, or use a suitable fabric adhesive and let it cure fully. Then press the patch onto it.
Choose embroidered, PVC, woven, chenille, or leather patches with Velcro backing. Border options include merrowed, satin stitch, and hot or laser cut, depending on the material and shape. Ask about standard or metallic thread and Madeira options for stitched designs.
Sew-on patches stay stitched to a garment, while iron-on patches use a heat-activated backing. Velcro patches attach to a loop panel and can be removed or swapped without reattaching that panel each time.
Send your design, size, and quantity. We will help with the details and send a free proof before production.
