Getting a One-Piece Order Right the First Time

Determining the size of your patch for pricing is simple. Just measure the height and width of your patch in inches, add them together, and divide by 2. For instance, if your patch is 2 inches high and 4 inches wide, add 2 inches + 4 inches to get 6 inches. Then, divide 6 inches by 2, resulting in a 3-inch patch size. This helps us provide accurate pricing for your custom patch.

Embroidered

The default for uniforms, jackets, club colours, and team gear. Raised thread, merrowed or laser-cut edge, and any backing.

Chenille

Varsity-style loop yarn on felt for letters, mascots, and year patches, even a single letterman jacket.

Iron-On

Heat-seal backing for one-off repairs, gifts, and sample pieces where sewing is not worth the trouble.

PVC

Molded, waterproof, and built for gear. Single-piece PVC orders are possible, although tooling makes the per-unit price higher at low volume.

Woven

Thin thread and a flat finish for small text, fine lines, brand labels, and detailed crests.

Leather, Silicone, and 3D

Embossed, debossed, engraved, molded, or raised options are also available from one piece upward.
